Transport Costs

Transport cost is dependent on customer location and quoted at time of order process. On items where transport costs are included in the listed price, this will be shown on the description of the individual product

Cancellation of orders

An order which you have placed online, may be cancelled within 7 days ie. the "cooling off" period as required by South African law, subject to the deduction of certain costs. We will not continue with your order until agreement on the total price (including transport costs, has been reached.

Delivery

All our stock is sourced directly from local suppliers and manufacturers. Delivery dates are given in good faith based on information available at time of order; 3Pin therefore cannot be responsible for late delivery under any circumstances whatsoever. The display of products on our website does not necessarily guarantee availability of that product. Under these circumstances you have the right to cancel your order, at no cost.

Goods in Transit

All goods in transit are covered by our transporters comprehensive policy.

Ownership

Ownership passes to the customer on signing the delivery note with his name clearly printed along side his normal signature NB. No goods will be left at delivery address without an authorized signature. Should our transport be required to return to the despatch point all cost will be for the clients account

5 Day Switch on Policy

All products sold by 3 Pin are covered by our 5-day switch on guarantee against defects. Items may be returned for replacement subject to the manufacturers and 3Pin’s replacement conditions. Should you switch on the appliance within 5 days of delivery and you find the appliance inoperative, the appliance will be replaced without delay. All claims outside of this 5 day switch on period will be covered by the standard guarantee policies of the particular manufacturer concerned.

Prices quoted on our web-site

Due to high volume trading, prices may change without notice and may need to be confirmed at time of order placement. The total price of a product includes VAT and excludes transport costs unless stated otherwise.

"Can't find something"

In providing this service, we will try our best to source and cost the requested product for you from our extensive list of suppliers, however, we do not guarantee the availability of any product and we reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion without providing any reason. Specially ordered products will only be ordered after receipt of the full purchase price.

Payment Terms

“All purchases are Strictly Cash” — At this time we cannot accept credit cards, debit cards or HP agreements of any kind. Preferred methods of payment: Electronic transfers directly into our bank account, or cash deposit into our account prior to despatch of goods unless otherwise agreed. Cheque deposits are acceptable, however, the banks standard time required to clear these cheques will pass before your purchase is despatched.

Warranty

All goods supplied carry the manufactures warranty for service and repairs Note should be made that warranties are only valid within the borders of South Africa. Warranty outside the designated area must be confirmed by 3Pin at time of order placement

Intellectual Property

3Pin has been authorised to use all the intellectual property rights in material on this site. You may not use or copy any copyright, trademark, logo image or photograph shown on this site.

Availability of site

3Pin may at any time, at it's discretion, suspend the operation of the site or any of the services offered on the site, without prior notice and without reason. We also cannot guarantee that this site is error and virus free.

Exclusions and limitation of liability

3Pin, it's owners, consultants or employees will not be held liable for damages relating to the use of this site, irrespective of the cause of your loss. We cannot be held liable for: - Any interruption, malfunction, downtime or other failure of our site - Any interruption, malfunction, downtime or other failure of goods or services supplied by 3rd parties. - Any interruption, malfunction, downtime, damage caused by a product supplied by 3Pin, to any other property.

All products sold by 3Pin, are intended for citizens of All contracts shall be construed and performed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The defendant agrees to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Magistrates Court for the determinanation of all disputes and claims arising out of any agreement entered into with 3Pin. Not withstanding the aforementioned 3Pin shall at its discretion be entitled to institute action in any appropriate division of the Supreme Court.

Right to amend this document

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted to this site.
